Born in 1994, Bastien DIDIER aka Gille DE BAST is a designer and engineer graduate in design technology from Sorbonne University and École Estienne, Paris. A designer in the research sphere… Bastien DIDIER is a specialist in human-machine interactions, algorithms, neurosciences and artificial intelligence. He explores the field of brain-environment interfaces using brainwaves as creation material. He is the founder and chairman of Mentalista, a deep tech company specializing in brain-environment interfaces. Their approach raises awareness and educates about the use of these neural interfaces and their benefits for society. By opening their technology to a growing community of researchers, developers and makers, they are undertaking a joint initiative to improve understanding of the brain. Alongside his work at Mentalista, Bastien has also helped to found and develop several start-ups (Humain-Humain, Data.bingo, Sextechlab, Makery) ans pursued numerous collaboration with artists, researchers and engineers on various topics as blockchain, VR/AR, IoT, vocal interfaces. Bastien is a designer fighting for a future where technology fades away in favor of reality.

French-born, Los Angeles-based XR, Web and AI designer Louise Royer specializes in augmented reality (AR) and interactive experiences. An award-winning designer, she has been recognized by Meta for her work in mixed reality experiences, demonstrating innovation in immersive design. Ranked in the top 1% of creators of augmented reality effects on TikTok, her filters and interactive effects have seduced audiences the world over. She was also one of the first 20 creators selected to develop augmented reality effects as part of YouTube’s closed beta, confirming her role as a pioneer in the field of augmented reality. Louise is currently co-founder of Legacy XR Studio, a company she created with her team to develop cutting-edge virtual reality experiences for cultural learning and exploration. Legacy XR Studio is also part of the Meta accelerator program, which enables it to broaden its mission in the field of immersive technologies. Beyond her startup, Louise has worked with brands, businesses and organizations to integrate AR, AI and experience-driven design into their marketing, storytelling and product strategies. His projects cover entertainment, fashion, education and interactive media, all with the aim of improving user engagement and interactivity. With a forward-thinking approach to digital design, Louise continually explores the future of augmented reality, AI-powered experiences and spatial computing, shaping the next generation of immersive digital interactions.

Jean-Christophe Leducq, an expert in software engineering and 3D image synthesis, founded Lumiscaphe in 2001. With Patchwork 3D, a photorealistic 3D rendering software for virtual reality, he revolutionized car configurators in 2007, generating a billion images a year for the automaker Renault. In 2021, he launched Digital Substrate, a startup addressing the challenges of software interoperability and digital sovereignty for software designers in the industrial sector.
