Rémi Brun is a pioneer of motion capture. Since 1993, he has been passionately exploring the finesse of human movement: body, fingers, eyes, face… in sport, dance, acting, coverbals, professional gestures and music. In 2007, he founded Mocaplab, a studio dedicated to this discipline, and relentlessly pursues his quest to refine understanding of movement and improve implementation solutions through a multitude of varied projects. -

Nikolaos Zioulis is co-founder and CTO of Moverse. An engineer and scientist, he works at the intersection of computer vision, machine learning and computer graphics. Argyris Chatzitofis, PhD, is the CEO and co-founder of Moverse, a startup revolutionizing 3D animation through markerless motion capture and Gen AI services. With over a decade of experience as a researcher in computer vision and machine learning, he has published numerous scientific papers and is passionate about AI in motion capture, volumetric video and 3D vision. His mission is to support creative digital projects, video games and immersive 3D experiences that enhance human interaction.

Thomas WAGNER

Thomas Wagner is co-founder and CEO of VR Coaster GmbH&Co.KG, the world’s leading provider of virtual reality experiences on attractions. He is also Professor of Virtual Design at Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences. Working in the media and games industry for over 20 years, Mr. Wagner has won several international awards for excellence in game design, 3D and mobile applications, including two Adobe Max awards, iTunes’ “Best of” selection and several awards in the theme park industry. He is the inventor of the wireless VR Coaster System, which has changed the theme park industry with over 70 installations on roller coasters and drop towers worldwide.

Stéphane RÉGNIER

Stéphane Régnier is currently “expert leader – immersive simulation and virtual reality” at the Renault Group. He graduated in computer engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, France, in 1990. He has been involved in various developments of visualization software, simulation tools and virtual reality applications since the early 90s, in several Renault departments, including Research, Styling and now Engineering. He has led several R&D teams and has extensive experience in VR/AR, 3D computer graphics and driving simulation.

Anatole LÉCUYER

Anatole Lécuyer is Research Director and member of the Seamless team at Inria, Rennes, France. He has been leading research into “virtual reality” for 25 years. He has taken part in numerous international collaborations, such as the European GuestXR and NIW projects. He initiated and still runs the open-source software OpenViBE, and co-founded the startup Mensia. He is the author of over 200 scientific publications and 15 patents. He has served as Program Chair of the IEEE VR conference and Associate Editor of the IEEE TVCG journal. He was awarded the Inria-Académie française des sciences “Young Researcher” prize in 2013, and was inducted into the IEEE Virtual Reality Academy in 2022.
