    Christopher OLIMPO

He partnered with Warner Bros. and LeBron James on Space Jam: A New Legacy, directed Tom Cruise’s first VR film (winning a Clio Award), and previously worked on military simulations at Lockheed Martin. A true pioneer in XR, Chris is redefining the future of sports and gaming, pushing the limits of what’s possible in immersive technology.

    Alexandra SIERRA

    Alexandra Sierra was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and is the founder of Justin Beaver, a Netherlands-based company dedicated to climate change education for children and teachers using virtual reality and artificial intelligence technologies. She is also Director of XR ACADEMIA, a series of international conferences and publications for educators and researchers focusing on virtual reality and advanced technologies with international impact. She holds a PhD in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence from Tilburg University. As an expert researcher in immersive learning technologies – including virtual, augmented and mixed reality – and conventional technologies such as educational platforms, robotics and video games, Alexandra brings a combination of business and technological knowledge to her role. In 2021, Alexandra received an award for her groundbreaking research into immersive technologies at Laval Virtual, France, and in 2023, she received the Erasmus University of Applied Sciences Business Research Award for her work on Justin Beaver’s experiments in VR and AI. Looking ahead to 2025, she aims to expand her VR-based sustainability education initiatives to make an even greater social impact on a global scale.

    Jordane RICHTER

    A 2010 graduate of the Rouen Business School (now NEOMA Business School), Jordane Richter began his career abroad, gaining valuable experience in English-speaking Canada and Germany. In 2014, he returned to France to lead the New Media department of an audiovisual production company, a role he held for three years. Driven by innovation and entrepreneurship, he later co-founded Gate Zero, a startup focused on creating and hosting virtual reality escape games. During this venture, he met Bertrand Piquard, now the CEO of LS GROUP. In 2018, Jordane joined LS GROUP as a project manager before establishing and structuring the marketing department. Thanks to his expertise and strategic vision, he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Chief Sales Officer and joining the Executive Committee in early 2021, while continuing to oversee the marketing division.

In 2015, David founded Antiloop, an award-winning international creative-tech studio that developed cutting edge projects for global companies such as Audi, BMW, Ikea, HBO, Toyota,Lexus, Google, Volkswagen, and Netflix. Antiloop develops international projects in Spain, UK, USA, México, Germany and Belgium.

    In 2016, David also co-founded the VR startup ArqVR, a pioneering solution to present architectural projects in VR, that led him to the creation of Univrse. David was a lecturer at Kingston University (London) and participates in different courses of UPF Barcelona School of Management.
