What are the dates and opening hours of Laval Virtual?

The 26th edition of Laval Virtual will be held from Wednesday, April 09 to Friday, April 11, 2025.
Here are the opening hours of the event:

– Wednesday, April 10: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
– Thursday, April 11: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
– Friday, April 12: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

For exhibitors, you can access the show from Monday to Friday: from 8:00 am access possible through the main entrance.

How to get to the event

The Laval Virtual trade show takes place atEspace Mayenneone of the major event venues in Western France.

Is the event accessible to PRMs?

Laval Virtual is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (parking spaces, elevators, etc.). If you have more specific questions on this subject, please contact us at the following address: contact@laval-virtual.org

Can we eat on site?

For security reasons, you will not be able to bring food or drinks on site. A security check will be carried out at the Espace Mayenne entrance.

During the event, you’ll be able to enjoy lunch directly on site. Catering will be available in the indoor “Lounges”, and food-trucks will be available outside.

Exhibitors will also be able to make lunch reservations by contacting the telephone numbers provided during the show.

Where can I stay during the show?

Several accommodations can be considered to stay in the city of Laval: hotels, Airbnbhotels, gîtes… From the most authentic to the most unusual, make your choice: gîte on the banks of a river, chambre d’hôtes in a mill, hotel in a character residence…

Why use the Laval Virtual mobile application?

The Laval Virtual mobile application will soon be available on Android and IOS, and can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store by searching for “Laval Virtual 2025”.

The application gives you access to the show program and the list of participants (exhibitors, speakers, visitors…). A badge scan is also available to help you expand your network and create new contacts.

What information is transmitted to people who scan my badge?

When someone scans your badge, they will have access to the following information:
– First & last name
– E-mail
– Job title and level
– Company
– Company sector
– Countries

I need a letter of invitation to apply for a visa and organize my visit. How do I go about it?

When are the various parties held: LV Party, Awards…?

Two major evening events are organized during the Laval Virtual show.

The first is the LV Party. The Laval Virtual Party takes place on the evening of the first day of the show, Wednesday April 09, 2025. Accessible to Club Pass holders, the party will start at 19:00 and finish at 23:00.

The following day, Thursday April 10, 2025, the LV Awards ceremony will be held. The ceremony is also open to Club Pass members, and will take place in theEspace Mayenne conference room, from 19:00 to 20:30. The evening continues with cocktails until 22:00.

A networking dinner will also be held prior to Laval Virtual. Organized by Laval Mayenne Technopole (LMT), this event is a good introduction to the show and will enable you to meet professionals from the VR/AR sector.

Will conferences be available online?

Conferences are not available online.
Neither during the event (live) nor afterwards (replay).

Ticketing

What are the different passes for access to the event?

A total of 4 passes are available at the ticket office. These Passes give you access to the event on all 3 days. No day passes are available.

– Club Pass: unlimited access to the show. Discover the exhibition, conferences, tech-talks and take part in the LV Party and the LV Awards ceremony.

– Full Pass: Discover the exhibition, conferences, tech-talks and doctoriales.

– Exhibition Pass: access to the exhibition.

– Student Pass: access to the exhibition and tech-talks. The Student Pass is exclusively reserved for students with at least 3 years of higher education, and proof (student card) will be required at the entrance to the show.

What are the conditions of access to the event?

To enter the event, please have your badge ready. It’s best to print it out in advance to save time at the entrance.

Passes are personal, so you may be asked to show proof of identity.

Can a Pass be exchanged and/or refunded?

Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges of Passes are not possible.
