Giving XR PhD students a voice
The Doctoral Consortium gives PhD students the chance to get critical feedback on their work, share their findings, expand their network, showcase their skills and refine their career plans by meeting companies and research labs.
On the program: oral and poster presentations of current research by young researchers enrolled in a PhD or who defended their thesis less than a year ago.
Applications are open until January 29, 2027.

Meet and build connections
The Doctoral Consortium offers PhD students a unique opportunity to discover the show, talk with XR companies and spark rewarding discussions. Organized in partnership with AFXR, it is a unique opportunity for young XR researchers from France, Europe and beyond to meet and build lasting friendly and professional ties within an active international community.
REGISTRATION
How to register for the Doctoral Consortium?
For PhD students
PhD students or doctors who graduated less than a year ago: a “Discovery Pass” + the “Sessions” option (same price whether or not you present a poster or a talk).
For professionals
Supervisors, exhibitors and visitors who wish to attend the Doctoral Consortium: a “Discovery Pass” + the “Sessions” option, or a “Full Pass”.
PARTNER
The AFXR association is a group of women and men strongly committed to the Extended Reality (XR) ecosystem: immersive technologies, virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality, spatial computing, etc. It represents French XR and works to defend and promote it in France and internationally.
