The Laval Virtual mobile app will soon be available on Android and iOS. You can download it from Google Play or the App Store by searching for “Laval Virtual 2027”.

The app gives you access to the show program and to the list of participants (exhibitors, speakers, visitors…). It also includes a badge scanner to help you grow your network.

There are many accommodation options in Laval: hotels, Airbnb, guesthouses, gîtes… From the most authentic to the most unusual, take your pick: a gîte by the river, a B&B in a mill, a hotel in a characterful mansion…

For security reasons, you may not bring food or drinks on site. Security staff will check bags at the entrance of Espace Mayenne.

During the show, you can have lunch on site. Catering is available in the “Lounges” (indoors) and food trucks are available outside.

Exhibitors can also book their lunch by calling the phone numbers that will be provided to them during the show.

The 29th edition of Laval Virtual will take place from Wednesday, April 7 to Friday, April 9, 2027.
Opening hours:

• Wednesday, April 7: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday, April 8: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Friday, April 9: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Exhibitors can access the venue from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m., through the main entrance.

3 steps to get your discount:
1. When booking, if you are asked whether you are travelling for business, select YES and enter MICE as the “contract name” to activate the benefits of the “Global Meetings and Events” program.
2. After entering your personal details, click “Proceed to payment” at the bottom of the page and enter one of the discount codes above in the “Your discount code” field.
3. Click “Apply discount code” and, if the conditions are met*, the discount will be applied.

Good to know
* The discount only applies if the minimum air fare of the ticket is above €75 for domestic flights in France, €140 for Europe and €170 for intercontinental flights, or the equivalent in the selected currency.
By entering “MICE” as the contract name, you get standard seat selection and name changes free of charge.

The conferences are not available online.
Neither during the event (live) nor afterwards (replay).

Two major evening events are held during Laval Virtual.

The first is the LV Awards ceremony, on the evening of the first day of the show, Wednesday, April 7, 2027. Open to Full Pass holders, it will take place at Espace Mayenne, in the conference room, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The evening continues with a cocktail reception until 10:00 p.m.

The next day, Thursday, April 8, 2027, it’s time for the LV Party. Also open to Full Pass holders, the party starts at 7:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m.

A networking dinner is also held the evening before the show, on Tuesday, April 6, 2027. Organized by Laval Mayenne Technopole (LMT), it is a great introduction to the show and a chance to meet VR/AR professionals.

To enter the show, bring your badge. We recommend printing it in advance to save time at the entrance.

As Passes are personal, you may be asked for an ID.

You can also buy an entry ticket on site.

There are 3 Passes in total. They give access to the show for all 3 days; no day pass is available.

• Full Pass: access to the whole event. Exhibition, conferences, Tech-Talks, Doctoral Consortium, LV Awards Ceremony (Wednesday) and Laval Virtual Party (Thursday), plus a chauffeur service and a Wi-Fi upgrade in the conference rooms.

• Discovery Pass: access to the exhibition. “Sessions” option for access to the conferences, Tech-Talks and Doctoral Consortium.

• Discovery Pass, reduced rate: for students (3rd year of higher education minimum) and jobseekers, with proof required at the show entrance. Access to the exhibition, with the same “Sessions” option.

Unfortunately, Passes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Badge sales are final once payment is made.
