I received an email offering me a list of participants at Laval Virtual. Is this normal?

Laval Virtual does not sell any visitor or exhibitor databases. Any email offering such data is fraudulent. Please report suspicious messages to us directly.

I need a letter of invitation to apply for a visa and organize my visit. How do I go about it?

When someone scans your badge, they will have access to the following information:
Firstname & Surname
E-mail
Job title and level

Why use the Laval Virtual mobile application?

The Laval Virtual mobile application will soon be available on Android and iOS. It can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store by searching for ‘Laval Virtual 2026’.

The application gives you access to the show program and the list of participants (exhibitors, speakers, visitors…). A badge scan is also available to help you expand your network and create new contacts.

Where can I stay during the show?

Several types of accommodation are available for stays in the city of Laval: hotels, Airbnb, hotels, guesthouses… From the most authentic to the most unusual, take your pick: a cottage by the river, a bed and breakfast in a mill, a hotel in a characterful residence…

Can we eat on site?

For security reasons, you will not be able to bring food or drinks on site. A security check will be carried out at the Espace Mayenne entrance.

During the event, you’ll be able to enjoy lunch directly on site. Catering will be available in the indoor “Lounges”, and food-trucks will be available outside.

Exhibitors will also be able to make lunch reservations by contacting the telephone numbers provided during the show.

Is the event accessible to PRMs?

What are the dates and opening hours of Laval Virtual?

The 28th edition of the Laval Virtual exhibition will be held from Wednesday 8 April to Friday 10 April 2026.
Here are the opening hours of the event:

• Wednesday, 8 April: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday, 9 April: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Friday, 10 April: from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Exhibitors may access the exhibition centre from Monday to Friday: from 8:00 am, access is possible via the main entrance.

Will conferences be available online?

Conferences are not available online.
Neither during the event (live) nor afterwards (rebroadcast).

When are the various parties held: LV Party, Awards…?

Two major evening events are organized during the Laval Virtual show.

The first is the LV Party. The Laval Virtual Party will take place on the evening of the first day of the exhibition, Wednesday 8 April 2026. Open to Full Pass holders and Discovery Pass holders who have opted for the ‘Social Events’ option, the evening will begin at 7pm and end at 11pm.

The following day, Thursday 9 April 2026, will be held the ceremony of LV Awards.. This event is also accessible to Full Pass and Discovery Pass holders who have opted for the ‘Social Events’ option, and will take place at theEspace Mayenne in the conference room, from 19:00 to 20:30. The evening continues with cocktails until 22:00.

A networking dinner is also offered in the run-up to Laval Virtual. Organized by Laval Mayenne Technopole (LMT), this event is a good introduction to the show and will enable you to meet professionals from the VR/AR sector.

What are the conditions of access to the event?

To enter the event, please have your badge ready. It’s best to print it out in advance to save time at the entrance.

Passes are personal, so you may be asked to show proof of identity.

You can also buy a ticket directly on site.

What are the different passes for access to the event?

A total of 3 passes are available at the ticket office. These Passes give you access to the event on all 3 days.
No day passes are available.

Full Pass: unlimited access to the exhibition. Discover the exhibition, conferences, tech talks, doctoral seminars, and participate in the LV Party and LV Awards ceremony.

Discovery Pass: Discover the exhibition. Option to add a ‘Sessions’ pass giving you access to conferences, tech talks and doctoral seminars. A second option is also available: the ‘Social Event’ pass, giving you access to evening events (LV Party + Awards Ceremony).

Student Pass: access to the exhibition. Option to add a ‘Sessions’ pass giving you access to Conferences, Tech Talks and Doctoral Talks. The Student Pass is exclusively reserved for students with at least 3 years of higher education, and proof (student card) will be required at the entrance to the show.

Can a Pass be exchanged and/or refunded?

Unfortunately, Passes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The sale of badges is final after payment.
