With over 15 years’ experience in customer experience and information technology, she has won international recognition with two awards in innovation, customer experience, business and strategy (Las Vegas & the British Parliament). Today, by mastering VR technology and designing AI-powered solutions, she is a CX/UX 2.0 expert who develops best practices for new user experiences for several consortia, including the European Customer Experience Organization, to reinvent the future of customer/user experience. She is committed to shaping the future by reconciling user experience, business, and the constraints of technology and data.
