With over 14 years’ experience in customer experience and information technology, she has won international recognition with two awards in customer/user experience, business and strategy (Las Vegas & British Parliament). Today, mastering VR technology, she is a CX/UX 2.0 expert who develops new user experience best practices for several consortia, including the European Customer Experience Organization, to reinvent the future of the customer/user experience. It is committed to shaping the future by reconciling user experience, business and the constraints of technology and data. Passionate about customer experience, innovation and cognitive science, she is constantly inventing and reinventing the user experience of the future.
