A 2010 graduate of the Rouen Business School (now NEOMA Business School), Jordane Richter began his career abroad, gaining valuable experience in English-speaking Canada and Germany. In 2014, he returned to France to lead the New Media department of an audiovisual production company, a role he held for three years. Driven by innovation and entrepreneurship, he later co-founded Gate Zero, a startup focused on creating and hosting virtual reality escape games. During this venture, he met Bertrand Piquard, now the CEO of LS GROUP. In 2018, Jordane joined LS GROUP as a project manager before establishing and structuring the marketing department. Thanks to his expertise and strategic vision, he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Chief Sales Officer and joining the Executive Committee in early 2021, while continuing to oversee the marketing division.
