Franck Gaillard is a specialist in training and human resources development. Passionate about enriching and sharing knowledge, since 2016 he has been Training Director for the Alstom Group, a leading company in the transport sector. He successfully led the development of the new Corporate University and its digital learning portal. This innovation has recently been offered as a new service to Alstom customers, with Alstom University training over 80,000 people by 2023.
