National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan) is home to interdisciplinary research and creative practices exploring immersive technologies, interactive media, and experimental XR experiences. Through collaborations between art, design, and technology, students and researchers develop playful and critical approaches to emerging media, creating interactive works that investigate embodied interaction, social engagement, and new forms of storytelling.
OoOoPs is a playful VR experience where participants ride a slime, use the wrong tools, and accomplish serious tasks in ridiculous ways.
OoOoPs is a tangible VR experience exploring absurd and embodied interaction. Participants ride a physical slime interface and use intentionally mismatched tools to complete tasks that somehow still work. By embracing playful misalignment between action and outcome, the project invites audiences to reconsider how meaning, control, and humor emerge in interactive systems.
