Laval Virtual does not sell any visitor or exhibitor databases. Any email offering such data is fraudulent. Please report suspicious messages to us directly. <\/p> <\/div>

I need a letter of invitation to apply for a visa and organize my visit. How do I go about it?<\/strong>

Why use the Laval Virtual mobile application?<\/strong>

The Laval Virtual mobile application will soon be available on Android and iOS. It can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store by searching for \u2018Laval Virtual 2026\u2019.

The application gives you access to the show program and the list of participants (exhibitors, speakers, visitors…). A badge scan is also available to help you expand your network and create new contacts.<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

Where can I stay during the show?<\/strong>

Several accommodations can be considered to stay in the city of Laval: hotels, <\/em>Airbnb<\/em><\/a>hotels, g\u00eetes… From the most authentic to the most unusual, make your choice: g\u00eete on the banks of a river, chambre d’h\u00f4tes in a mill, hotel in a character residence… <\/em>

Can we eat on site?<\/strong>

For security reasons, you will not be able to bring food or drinks on site. A security check will be carried out at the Espace Mayenne entrance.

During the event, you’ll be able to enjoy lunch directly on site. Catering will be available in the indoor “Lounges”, and food-trucks will be available outside.

Exhibitors will also be able to make lunch reservations by contacting the telephone numbers provided during the show.<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

Is the event accessible to PRMs?<\/strong>

The Laval Virtual trade show takes place at<\/em>Espace Mayenne<\/em><\/a>one of the major event venues in Western France.<\/em>

What are the dates and opening hours of Laval Virtual?<\/strong>

The 28th edition of Laval Virtual will be held from Wednesday 8 April to Friday 10 April 2026.
Here are the event’s opening hours:

\u2022 Wednesday 8 April: from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
\u2022 Thursday 9 April: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
\u2022 Friday 10 April: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Exhibitors can access the exhibition from Monday to Friday: from 8:00 a.m., access is possible via the main entrance.<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

Can I get a discount on my airfare?<\/strong>

When are the various parties held: LV Party, Awards…?<\/strong>

Two major evening events are organized during the Laval Virtual show.

The first is the LV Party<\/a>. The Laval Virtual Party will take place on the evening of the first day of the exhibition, Wednesday 8 April 2026. Open to Full Pass holders and Discovery Pass holders who have opted for the \u2018Social Events\u2019 option, the evening will begin at 7pm and end at 11pm.

The following day, Thursday 9 April 2026, the LV Awards<\/a> ceremony will take place. This event is also open to Full Pass and Discovery Pass holders who have opted for the \u2018Social Events\u2019 option, and will be held in the conference room at Espace Mayenne<\/a> from 7pm to 8.30pm. The evening continues with cocktails until 22:00.

A networking dinner<\/a> will also be held prior to Laval Virtual. Organized by Laval Mayenne Technopole (LMT), this event is a good introduction to the show and will enable you to meet professionals from the VR\/AR sector.<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

What are the different passes for access to the event?<\/strong>

A total of 3 passes are available at the ticket office. These passes grant you access to the exhibition hall during the 3 days of the exhibition.
No day passes are available.

– Full<\/strong> Pass: unlimited access to the show. Discover the exhibition, conferences, tech talks, doctoral seminars, and take part in the LV Party and LV Awards ceremony.

\u2022<\/strong> Discovery Pass: Discover the exhibition. Option to add a \u2018Sessions\u2019 pass giving you access to conferences, tech talks and doctoral seminars. A second option is also available: the \u2018Social Event\u2019 pass, giving you access to evening events (LV Party + Awards Ceremony).

\u2022<\/strong> Student Pass: access to the exhibition. Option to add a \u2018Sessions\u2019 pass giving you access to conferences, tech talks and doctoral seminars. The Student Pass is exclusively reserved for students with at least 3 years of higher education, and proof (student card) will be required at the entrance to the show.
