What is the Laval Virtual mobile app for?<\/strong>

The Laval Virtual mobile app will soon be available on Android and iOS. You can download it from Google Play or the App Store by searching for \u201cLaval Virtual 2027\u201d.The app gives you access to the show program and to the list of participants (exhibitors, speakers, visitors\u2026). It also includes a badge scanner to help you grow your network.<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

Where can I stay during the show?<\/strong>

There are many accommodation options in Laval: hotels, <\/em>Airbnb<\/em><\/a>, guesthouses, g\u00eetes\u2026 From the most authentic to the most unusual, take your pick: a g\u00eete by the river, a B&B in a mill, a hotel in a characterful mansion\u2026 <\/em>The Laval Tourist Office<\/em><\/a> is available to help you with your search. Can I eat on site?<\/strong>

For security reasons, you may not bring food or drinks on site. Security staff will check bags at the entrance of Espace Mayenne.

During the show, you can have lunch on site. Catering is available in the \u201cLounges\u201d (indoors) and food trucks are available outside.

Exhibitors can also book their lunch by calling the phone numbers that will be provided to them during the show.<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

Is the event accessible to people with reduced mobility?<\/strong>

What are the dates and opening hours of Laval Virtual?<\/strong>

The 29th edition of Laval Virtual will take place from Wednesday, April 7 to Friday, April 9, 2027.
Opening hours:

\u2022 Wednesday, April 7: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
\u2022 Thursday, April 8: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
\u2022 Friday, April 9: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Exhibitors can access the venue from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m., through the main entrance.<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

The conferences are not available online.<\/em>Neither during the event (live) nor afterwards (replay).<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

When do the evening events take place: LV Awards, LV Party\u2026?<\/strong>

Two major evening events are held during Laval Virtual.The first is the LV Awards<\/a> ceremony, on the evening of the first day of the show, Wednesday, April 7, 2027. Open to Full Pass holders, it will take place at Espace Mayenne<\/a>, in the conference room, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The evening continues with a cocktail reception until 10:00 p.m.The next day, Thursday, April 8, 2027, it\u2019s time for the LV Party<\/a>. Also open to Full Pass holders, the party starts at 7:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m.______A networking dinner<\/a> is also held the evening before the show, on Tuesday, April 6, 2027. Organized by Laval Mayenne Technopole (LMT), it is a great introduction to the show and a chance to meet VR\/AR professionals.<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

To enter the show, bring your badge. We recommend printing it in advance to save time at the entrance.<\/em>As Passes are personal, you may be asked for an ID.<\/em>You can also buy an entry ticket on site.<\/em><\/p> <\/div>

Which Passes are available to attend the show?<\/strong>

There are 3 Passes in total. They give access to the show for all 3 days; no day pass is available.\u2022<\/strong> Full Pass: access to the whole event. Exhibition, conferences, Tech-Talks, Doctoral Consortium, LV Awards Ceremony (Wednesday) and Laval Virtual Party (Thursday), plus a chauffeur service and a Wi-Fi upgrade in the conference rooms.\u2022<\/strong> Discovery Pass: access to the exhibition. \u201cSessions\u201d option for access to the conferences, Tech-Talks and Doctoral Consortium.\u2022<\/strong> Discovery Pass, reduced rate: for students (3rd year of higher education minimum) and jobseekers, with proof required at the show entrance. Can I exchange or get a refund for a Pass?<\/strong>
